A3 engine rebuild

Vehicle motor ceased due to engine oil being too think. Stripped the complete vehicle front end, removed old engine. Customer bought a import engine, started cleaning of the new engine and building all parts and sensors onto 2nd hand engine. Was not a east task with all the time and cleaning products used finally got it done. Reassembled engine and was in a nick of time for fitment! Finally got it completed and was ready for 1st start up as there where complications, starting from wireing to sensors and electronic components.

once we were completed, took it for a decent test drive. stopped back at the shop and did a final full inspection and delivered the vehicle to a happy client!
